Group notifications when more than one occurs #39

To conform to Android design specifications, more than one notification occurring at once should update the notification to say, for example, "2 workouts to complete".

Implemented but not yet unit tested. Rolling over to Sprint 6.

This is too tricky than originally thought and it does not block release. Rolling out to Sprint 8.
