Create "beta" build type and "Feedback" ability #40

Pulling into Sprint 5. A build type of "beta" is to be created so that "rough-around-the-edges" code can be hidden.

Requirements:

BuildConfig variable to separate code
Feedback ability on home screen
Test upload and set up group

Beta build type has been created. All requirements above are now complete except for the "feedback" link, which will simply link to the Google+ community set up. That link will come very soon.

When a beta build is created, a new menu item is displayed which will send the user to the Google+ profile where they can send feedback.
