Calorie Negation currently broken, data doesn't match layout #51

Changes were made to the layout of Calorie Negation in order to make it consistent with similar lists. The code within CalorieNegationActivity has not been updated in order to meet the requirements of the new layout and any attempts to use the activity will cause the app to crash.
