Allow creating dynamic albums

We should let users create albums based on queries.

• [ ] Augment album database table to include the query field
• [ ] Create method to update the contents of a dynamic album
• [ ] Run the method after each uploaded file and whenever the image metadata is changed

I think we should extend that and put the configuration either in an extra table or as JSON in a column similar to the usersettings (so not just a query field) to allow easier extension of that feature in the future in the direction of something like "dynamic albums" allowing things like:

• An album that contains all images tagged with "X" but not tags "Y" and "Z"
• An album that contains all images made in a certain country (geocoding ) or are in an X km radius of another picture/a defined coordinate pair
