Put "lmcap.dll" into installation directory #497

Is there an existing issue for this?

What's the problem?

I installed Sniffnet onto an USB flash drive. When I try to run it on another computer it complains about a missing wpcal.dll. Can you install/copy this file (at least as an option) into Sniffnet installation directory (whereever it is) in the next version?

This would let Sniffent run in a portable mode.

Unluckily I don't think this is possible, due to legal constraints with Npcap licenses. See #47 for more info about this, in particular this message by one of the core members of Npcap.
