Herschel Stripe 82 Memory Error #206

HS82 crashes the computer by loading in too many tables. Can we fix this with tiling or memory mapping.

This problem also occurs on other fields. I am going to try and solve it by only taking the ra, dec and stellarity/flags for the merge and filling in the photometry later.
