Re-license under modified GPLv3 + exceptions

We believe that this re-licensing is a good thing and that it is essential to the continued development of open-source Plasma. In particular, this modified licence would allow us to distribute builds that link against PhysX and distribute updated versions of the 3DS Max plugin.

In order to go ahead with this, we need permission from everyone listed on https://github.com/H-uru/Plasma/contributors to relicense their code under the new licence. Please respond below with a statement _clearly_ indicating if you will allow your code to be relicensed.

Yeah, I thought this should only start when the license change in the OU repo actually happened, so we don't have to do this all over again if they change a word, but whatever.

Yes, but he also said that the licence wouldn't be applied until they got approval/permission from the contributors.

Note that this is specifically about giving permission for the code to be relicensed. Actual relicensing can't happen until Cyan changes the licence at OU.
