Launching ABM #199

Attempting to launch an Age targeting pvPrime (63.11) raises a KeyError in plasma_launcher.py due to an executable not being defined for the case pvPrime.

It might be difficult to do the launch magic the same way on ABM. At least for now, it should probably display a meaningful error informing the user this is unsupported.
