Rename unclear elements in LOCs (e.g., CCR)

The term "CCR" is not very clear to English speakers. There was a suggestion in the OU discord that this term could be renamed in the LOC text to be more obvious.

Current: English: CCR French: PAC (one instance of CCR) German: Kundenbetreuung (also Kundenbetreuer for internal CCR messages re: internal client usage and protected lobby usage) Italian: Assistente/Assistenza Spanish: CCR

There may be other unclear or non-optimal wordings or terms in English or translated client text. Let's discuss if so.

EDIT:

• Another point of strangeness is the use of "MT Nexus" in the Age invitation KI mail message. It's entirely unclear and unnecessary, IMO, to use "MT" here since it is never used anywhere else when referring to the Nexus.

- Adam has suggested that the use of `sector(es)` to refer to neighborhood would be better if changed to `vecendario` or `barrio` and neighbors to `vecinos`, perhaps?

There seemed to be an intent to refer to the Nexus as a Mass Transit system in a few places, but most of them didn't survive.
