I REALLY CAN'T DELETE THE FILES AFTER I AM DONE....... IT'S GIVING EROR AND EROR'S HELP ME!!!!!!

These don't contain viruses, you will be fine.

in your terminal type the command sudo rm -r (your file name) then it will be deleted

Why do I feel like you trying to delete the folder while using it in the terminal?
