Waiting list: How to work with it #243

Hi,

We are trying to figure out how does waiting list works. We expect it to show when it is active and the maximum number of participants is full, but if a conference has 10 of 10 participants, there is no waiting list for the 11th. Could you explain how does it work briefly?

Hi,

this is exactly how it works but there is a pitfall ;) When you are logged in, all the limits are ignored. Log out after you created the event and try again with the inivitation links.

This is to be able to overcommit meetings as moderator.
