Fixes to target selection compared to Doench outputs and updates to Output Files including PAM Sequence etc.

@cecetaca Added the missing gRNA conversion line that should be called for target conversion prior to calculating the rs1 score, after target selection.

Let's see if these results match better to Akshati's testing with Pearson Correlation Coeff.
