In ch10, PhotoCellWithUiBinder.ui.xml is missing #3

While running examples of ch10, an exception is thrown about missing 
com/manning/gwtia/ch10/client/celltypes/custom/PhotoCellWithUiBinder.ui.xml. 
But there is a PhotoCellWithUiBinder2.ui.xml exists in the 'custom' directory. 
Copying  PhotoCellWithUiBinder2.ui.xml to PhotoCellWithUiBinder.ui.xml or soft 
linking to PhotoCellWithUiBinder2.ui.xml as PhotoCellWithUiBinder.ui.xml fixes 
the problem.
