Reverted a lot of code in (amethyst) notus.py to pre-Dusk Command Handler. (Untested.)
Removed a lot of unnessesary files
Removed Dusk entirely from Utils. This has indeed broken the bot currently.
Update license to compensate for my lack of neurons.
