Are there any plans to add all options that present for GUI (comment, paranoid, reed-solomon...) to CLI version to be able to utilize all power of GoLang to create fully independent, scriptable utility?

Yeah, I plan to eventually add some advanced features to the CLI. There's no timeline at the moment though.
