Shutter sensor #10

It'd be good to have a shutter sensor for people thinking of travelling to the space.

There should be a spare wire in the cable to the RFID reader which could be used.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220907526740 might be an option to just steal the sensor from (315mhz isnt legal in the UK)

Shutter sensor is now installed and in alpha testing.

I did buy a reed switch but the shutter can move by more than 10mm forwards and backwards in its rails so I didn't think it would be reliable. The current sensor is an infrared distance sensor. http://wiki.hacman.org.uk/Shutter_sensor will have details once I update it.

IR shutter sensor is working ish, but occasionally goes a bit squiggy. Maybe add a sonar too.

I've thrown a lot of capacitors at the shutter sensor and it seems to be a bit more stable.

The shutter sensor board broke, we think the doorframe being twisted was enough to snap the perfboard.

The alfredv2 boards we are changing over to soon for the inner door (#28) have support for analog sensoring. I have written some code for using these for the shutter sensor, and we are getting pretty good readings from it (~200 when shutter is closed, ~400 when its open).
