I am wondering if there is a way to specify the desired r2 filter threshold like on the Michigan Imputation Server.
When running the imputationserver, I tried specifying options --r2Filter or --rsq but they are not recognized. I quickly look into the code and it doesn't seem like an option. Would it be possible to add that?
