The repository of Unreal Engine fork belonged to @GustavoSilvera and not @HARPLab. Consequently, the link in install.md file is changed. This pull request is linked with issue #122.

Looks like these changes include your scenario-route-path branch which is its own separate PR. We can wait until that one is merged or you can force-push a clean branch (checkout from main) to only include the minimal required changes to the UE4 url.
