This branch contains the fix for Lake Anna's 0 storage and removal of waterSupplyElement features (which was suggested a while ago for simplicity), but the main focus is the Case Study Watershed tables/CSVs that either use @COBrogan's method of getting rsegs with fn_download_read or a version of the method suggested by @rburghol using om_vahydro_metric_grid. The om grid method retrieves 10 more segments (698 vs 688) but the fn_download_read method ultimately results in much better routing/linkage of storage, as can be seen in those tables. This could be caused by an external factor I haven't accounted for, but I tried to make the analysis consistent and only relying on the different rseg dataframes
