@COBrogan here is the most recent branch for Issue #1222

@rburghol and @COBrogan the tweaks from #1228 seem to have worked for me as well and have been merged to this branch. Only noticing the note for no map creation of the Facil Test metric is at the beginning and not with the table for Facil Test (see below). All other tables and maps seem to be together. If you think this is an issue I can look at it more, if not then I am happy to get this branch pushed up.
