Would it make sense to move calculation and export of Qavailable metrics from the WA case studies rmd to the new WA calculation routine #1255 ?
Human readable column names will only be used in the flextable images and not CSVs
Would it make sense to add PoF and CPL as arguments to the WA calculation routine for future use and flexibility?
The element ID argument for the WA routine might be unnecessary; it is used in fn_get_runfile in the summary post-processing scripts but since metric grid is used to get all metrics for WA, the elid might be redundant since we can identify the model object of interest by only its pid I believe. Should we keep or remove this arg?
I'm thinking that a switch for Smin analysis canl be added to the WA case studies script. When On, the entire process including processing of run files and calculation of approx. and near-exact Smin values will be done and all tables will be exported. When Off, all metrics for WA will be retrieved from VAhydro and no runfile analysis will be done saving lots of time. When off, only WA-focused tables will be exported and the Smin-specific tables will not be
