NLDAS2 bash scripts

Descriptions of bash scripts in /backup/meteorology directory on deq4 machine:

• southern_a2l_timeframe.bash - Runs NLDAS2_ASCII_to_LSegs function for all of southern rivers land segments throughout timeframe specified by start and end year
• northern_a2l_timeframe.bash - Runs NLDAS2_ASCII_to_LSegs function for all of northern rivers (cbw) land segments throughout timeframe specified by start and end year
• northern_g2a_timeframe.bash - Runs NLDAS2_GRIB_to_ASCII function for all of northern rivers (cbw) nldas grids throughout timeframe specified by start and end year
• a2l_all.bash -Runs NLDAS2_ASCII_to_LSegs function for all of VA river land segments from 1984-2020
• extra_grids_g2a.bash - Runs NLDAS2_GRIB_to_ASCII function for group of nldas grids that are not VA's minor basins but are in land segments that are in VA's minor basins throughout timeframe specified by start and end year (may be deleted soon)
