In the process of researching and QA'ing the FTABLEs created with the USGS documented methodology, it was discovered y HARP that the USGS docs did not detail the method used for floodplain parts of the FTABLE. Thus, HARP & Dr. Scott led the effort to explore options to fix the process, and program routines to handle this going forward.
