• [ ] Data products for USGS: "The primary data product transferred to USGS will be monthly estimates of unreported irrigation water use for the counties in Virginia with the greatest prevalence of irrigation... Because of ongoing updates to the NWIS water use data system, we will coordinate with USGS personnel prior to data transfer to ensure that data products are in an appropriate format."

WRT the question of who we need to talk with about data transfer formats, here is the language from the USGS contract regarding data provision: "Provide a machine-readable data file, or provide a link for data available through web services. Contact wudr-coordinator@usgs.gov to determine the best method (email, ftp, website download, etc.) to provide data to the USGS."

Also I dug through my emails from the last WUDR project and Katherine Paybins was the person we were talking with that time about data transfer.

Based on the contract language thouhg, it seems like the best course of action would be to develop a csv spreadsheet of the unreported time series values and then contact the email mentioned in the contract to see if that's suitable? What do you think Rob?
