Land use proportioning is yielding lines with "[riverseg],[riverseg],..." instead of "[landseg],[riverseg],...", example:
original CBP files had names riverseg,landseg and HARP sova version had landseg,riverseg which caused an error due to the scripts assuming that columns 1 and 2 where always riverseg, landseg. FIxed with detect position.
