Lack of Gage Data #18

For a few of the USGS gages, the data either starts after 1984 or ends before 2002. For the corresponding river segments, should we only use the data for that same time period during analysis?

Most definitely. Good question — note that some of the metrics may show larger errors, but that is par for the course.
