Let's move fn_get_pd_min.R to the om repo in om/R/
Change the inclusion of fn_get_pd_min.R to point to the web repo rather than a local drive
Do some updates on fn_get_pd_min.R to make it module ready, i.e., annotations of arguments etc. This is not an urgent need, just something to document it's use for posterity and eventual inclusion in a module.
