"Zombie" model run is preventing

vahydro run screen will report: "Model is already running. Request ignored."
Get model id of zombie run
ssh to server, Use `cd /var/www/html/om; php fn_clearRun.php:
- Use: php fn_clearRun.php [ELEMENTID] [run id]
- Ex: php fn_clearRun.php 222675 12

Try command line run with high debug setting:

edit config.local.php and set error_reporting(E_ALL);
Run manually: sudo -u www-data /usr/bin/php -f /var/www/html/om/run_shakeTree.php 1 236591 201 1998-1-1 2002-12-31 2019-12-1 2 37 -1 2 normal flow_mode=8 0 86400

Error messages and fixes:

ajax has already been sent to the browser
- caused by a single erroneous blank line at beginning of PHP script (lib_hydrology.php was edited by accident) which flushes the buffer apparently
