- Queried DB to ensure line break/carriage return are sent over.
Each column of remarks refer to a line break/carriage return, which are correct.
Interim Fix: Modify javascript to amend where the line break/carriage return should occur in a sentence.
- Changed line break to occur at 65 characters, in order to fit into the Quotation Report width.
Background: Line break/carriage return differs between the CRM record’s data and generated quotation. Additional line break/carriage return occurs in the generated quotation as it exceeded the column width.
