Background:

Recently, there has been a change in the approval flow for purchase order, where VCIG will become the approving party. [EBM Side]

However, VCIG will need to validate the purchase order cost price by cross referencing with the cost price listed at CRM quotation. Thus, there was a request to allow VCIG to view the quote statistic report.

Strategy:

IIS Hosting/ Access control:

[ ] Segregate the website by duplicating the quote statistic report.
[ ] Host the duplicated report on a separate port at ISS.
[ ] Restrict the access to only VCIG via ISS authorization rule.
[ ] Grant access to only VCIG users.

Integration with EBM

[ ] Insert the GUID to EBM interface table.
[ ] Pass EBM the static link + GUID to access the record.
[ ] EBM to provide option to tag purchase order with quotation (if N/A yet)
