HAS-VN require update of exchange rate on a daily basis #58

Background: Currently, CRM is updating exchange rate every start of the month. This exchange rate have an effective date from and to.

This date field contain date only and does not have the time component, which is needed for this change request. As the exchange will last from 11:30am on a particular day till 11:29am the following day.
