Update Email address of users due to Email Migration #69

Background

HAS Email was migrated to a new domain. This resulted in a new email address for all users. Currently, CRM send Email notification to the old email address based on the user entity information, which will be forwarded to their new email address. However, this policy will cease on January 2019.

Thus, we will need to update the email information at user entity,
