Describe the feature to be developed

The system should provide an endpoint for students to submit their feedback form.

Describe the Impact on the System New database table. New Flask entry point.

Definition of Done What needs to be done, before the Issue can be closed?

[x] Linting Code to Python standard
[x] Testing code with Pytest. All tests within the system should still be ok.
[x] Entrypoint is implemented
