Describe the feature to be developed

As BOTH a tutor and student I want to login to HASKI the first time, and get my account created automatically so that I seamlessly can use the system.

Describe the Impact on the System OIDC Flow. Database.

Definition of Done What needs to be done, before the Issue can be closed?

[ ] Linting Code to Python standard
[ ] Testing code with Pytest. All tests within the system should still be ok.
[ ] Tables work
[ ] User gets automatically created.
