only notebook functions with exactly 1 unnamed argument should be available to select #18

I'm kind of confused with the description. Is the "selected notebook functions" means the function used to create a tier? Can you explain more about this?

When making a new tier, there is a list of functions available. The criteria for filtering these is loosely defined. It is controlled by a regex, which is used to parse the ipynb files
