Can you explain a little about the intent here? I'm not sure I understand the value of moving all the inlined links to the bottom of the document.

I appreciate the spirit behind this but I don't feel like this is a change worth making. My existing tooling works with the direct links and it's easier for me to maintain with the current approach. Unless direct links have been deprecated by GH then I think we're best leaving this as they are.

I do want to thank you for taking a look at this and I hope this isn't upsetting.
