Add awake_brightness and idle_brightness option to readme.

Awake brightness is now the value before going into idle, I think it is a much more sensible option

Well that's a shame. When plate was first added starts with black screen which is causing confusion.

It should not start black, it should start full bright

It was probably a glitch caused by the change
