Now with @fvanroie's throttling it's already very effective.

There should be an exception as we discussed in the other topic.

I just tested the cpicker object setting the moodlight through the component, situation is way worse than it was with the arc, as the cpicker itself seems heavy to be refreshed during setting. See video. Code is this.

Only "change" -> "val" should be filtered out.
