Add ESP32-S3-BOX-3 support. #774

Supports the newer ESP32-S3-BOX-3, a distinct device from the previous ESP-BOX. Its build target is esp32-s3-box-3.

Also fixes a build error on ESP-BOX. It also renames its build target from esp-box to esp32-s3-box.
