Recaptcha textbox is on the right side instead of on the left #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://washtech.org/index.php?option=com_php&Itemid=72
2. Look at the Recaptcha at the bottom of the form.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text box within the recaptcha area is on the right side instead of the 
left.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the PHP api on a Linux system.

Please provide any additional information below.

I attached an image showing the problem.

I removed the "letter-spacing: 1px" from the css for "body" and it fixed it.  
However, I still think the Recaptcha code should be made immune to this.

The blackberry browser does the same
