Add some kind of folders for icons to make finding the right icon easier.

This might not be necessary anymore because the building presets tree is 
getting much better but I'll leave it on the list.

The improved combobox contains readable names for almost all icons and has the 
ability to jump to icons by typing some letters. This issue will most likely be 
closed soon.
