5 years ago I was able to build by using an old version of HBCD I had laying around. So if you don't have those 3 files, you can take them from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kKE-1PCq5gQmq8V9J08wuYxX3HaeP2qW/view?usp=sharing
When trying to pull LFS files, I am informed that the files do not exist.
