put R scripts used under git control #2

Document R code usage with example inputs and outputs.

Currently in: /Volumes/vosslabhpc/Projects/Accelerometer/4-Analysis/
/Volumes/vosslabhpc/Projects/Accelerometer/4-Analysis/StaudenmayerAnalysis

Scripts from StaudenmayerAnalysis directory are also below. Which are used? /Volumes/vosslabhpc/Projects/Accelerometer/3-Data/fuctions.for.models.60hz.R

R notebook calls the staudenmayeranalysis scripts. Also calls the GGIR package. Notebook added to git control. Past notebooks archived in same folder. Current notebook to use is called "Analysis-Matt"

need mod.RData and functions.for.models.60hz.R in the same folder as the subject folders, raw data files and specs file: /Volumes/vosslabhpc/Projects/Accelerometer/3-Data
