incl is also the script to create the meta dictionary that search_ghap looks up against (Miscellaneous\basecode.R)

script has been tidied up and is passes as-cran check

Nice! Thanks. For some reason the lintr test doesn't seem to be honoring the lintr settings. I made a few style changes.
