2 years ago I don't necessarily see a reason not to merge this. It's an edge case that won't turn up unless it's very specifically indicated. We don't see much bridging across time slots, but I'm pretty sure DMR masters do this.
Allow rules to bridge between different timeslots on the same system. I found a case where I would like a talkgroup bridged from timeslot 1 to timeslot 2.
I am not super familiar with this code base yet, I tested this change works on my raspberry pi hblink server
