How to reproduce:

select "Search" from navigation menu
In the search text box ("Enter path fragments") enter "net": The states list adapts
delete the "net"-chip by klicking in its "x": The chip disappears
select "Favorites" from navigation menu: Your favorites appear
select "Search" from navigation menu: the "net"-chip reappears.
