Latest 3.5 release missing a wheel #125

Hello, thank you very much for your library! python-decouple 3.4 release had a wheel, while the 3.5 one doesn't. This is probably because version 3.5 was uploaded manually and not via github actions workflow. Could you please run it or add a wheel to the existing release?
