Inconsistent Navigation links in the bottom banner and left menu #2

Generally speaking the bottom right and left link, in the orange banner, seem to be able to switch from top-level categories:

  1. On the page https://hbpmedical.github.io, the bottom right link "Categories" redirects to an RSS feed, which seems to be unlike the rest of the web site.

  2. On the page https://hbpmedical.github.io/development-process/, the links on the left redirects to a category which does not appear in the main menu "Contributors to MIP", and the right redirects to "AUEB" instead of "Software Catalog"

  3. On the page https://hbpmedical.github.io/software-catalog/stack/, the right links point to itself, this page also behave slightly differently than "HBP Medical", as it does not open an Item in the left menu. It seems to be because of a missing title in the page itself.

  4. https://hbpmedical.github.io/deployment/ is missing the left link to Technology Stack, and has a completely different left menu.

  5. Technical Specifications is completely separated site, maybe it should simply be referenced from the https://hbpmedical.github.io/documentation/ as is done for the User Guide and MIP tools documents, instead of menu item.

  6. https://hbpmedical.github.io/media/ points left to the following item (Search) and right to an release_notes which is missing, with the title "Index".

  7. https://hbpmedical.github.io/search/ points left to "Technology Stack" and right to "Media", which do not correspond to the ordering in the left menu.

I believe some of the aforementioned points are due to an inconsistent generation of the website, which is a bit sad, as the documentation as improved a lot in terms of contents.

For the Technology Stack page, one of the problem might come from the fact that there are two pages with the same title:

I propose to remove the content/software-catalog/stack.md, as all the top level categories have their own folders.

There is now two pull requests which should solve the issue mentioned in point 3.
