Feature/remove files #3

Removed useless files from source control: bin/ obj/ packages/

Added .gitignore to avoid to commit these files again

Thank you for your contribution. We use TFS for source control and I'm new to Git, as you can probably tell.

P.S. I totally understand your feeling about TFS > GIT... it takes some time
