Error using baslerGetData #33

Failed to retrieve XML file from camera device '\?\usb#vid_2676&pid_ba02&mi_00#6&e265dc0&0&0000#{79bfeeca-947f-11e1-bc58-001b2163ef96}'. Error: 'The requested operation timed out.'

i use pylon 5. Is this the problem?

Hello jyzhong! Were you able to fix this issue? I am facing the same problem. I have Basler scA640-120fm (quite an old one, but cannot replace it as it is a part of some experiment ) and Pylon 5 (I couldn't find Pylon4 anywhere online). Please let me know if you were able to come up with a solution.
